Our ten step process provides a clear path to determining if Apex is the right business for you.
The Apex 10-Step Process:
Step 1: Initial Call with Apex Business Development
This call enables you to ask any specific questions to help determine if owning an Apex Payroll business is right for you. It will also provide Business Development the opportunity to understand your business goals and to assess your capabilities.
Step 2: Review Brochures and Information Provided by Apex
Our brochures and documents
contain detailed information that can assist you in the decision making process. Reviewing these materials may answer any questions or concerns you might have initially overlooked or didn't understand.
Step 3: Schedule Discovery Day to Visit Apex's Office
Schedule an in person Discovery Day at our Corporate Headquarters at 500 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 650, Roswell, GA 30076.
Step 4: Discovery Day Visit
During your Discovery Day visit, we will provide you a detailed overview of all of our products and services and educate you about the payroll industry and our business model. This visit includes a tour of our facility, an introduction to our staff and a meeting with our CEO.
Step 5: Complete Application for Consideration
After your Discovery Day visit, you will be provided an Application for Consideration to complete and return to Apex.
Step 6: Contact References
Once we receive your completed Application for Consideration, Apex will provide you the contact information of several Apex owners as references.
Step 7: Complete Background & Credit Check
Apex conducts a thorough background and credit check to ensure each candidate meets Apex's standards and requirements. This is the last step our due diligence process.
Step 8: Execute Agreements
Upon satisfactory completion of the due diligence process, you will execute all appropriate agreements to get started.
Step 9: Attend Apex Training Course
Our comprehensive training course will educate you on how to operate your payroll business and enable you to confidently and successfully use our suite of products and services.
Step 10: Grand Opening
Once you are ready to start your Apex Payroll office, you will want to have a Grand Opening marketing event in order to generate buzz around your new business in your area.
